Ok, here goes nothing....

I was reading in the Book of Mormon with my family. We were reading in the book of Omni. Have you read this book? It is only 30 verses long and it contains the writings of about four people. My husband stopped after one man wrote, one verse. He said, "Really? That is all he wrote?"  I then asked him, "How much do you write in your journal?"  This shut him up pretty quickly.  Well, journal writing has been on my mind ever since.  How can I write a journal and make it fun.  I love taking pictures and telling the story behind them, so what better way then to write a blog...if only for myself.  Maybe some of my friends and family may read, but at this point I don't really care. It is for selfish reasons that I begin this blog.  Maybe it will turn into something more. Who knows. Anyway, I am beginning.  As the words of Kung Fu Panda Two come to mind,  "It doesn't matter where you start, it matters where you are now."
